Maria Ruth was born October 2 at 9:40 am. She weighed 6 lbs 9 oz and was 20 inches long! She looks just like Sammy, but has lighter hair and unfortunately her eyelashes are not even close to as long as his are. She is a beautiful little girle and had no trouble figuring out how to eat like her brother did. She's a good sleeper to, although not on any kind of schedule yet.
At her last appointment she weighed 7lbs 2oz.

hi and congratulations! i know you're probably super busy, but i just wanted to send our wishes to you, scott and sam. i've been checking your blog every now and then and i saw maria's picture on it today. she is beautiful! i'm sure sam is making a fine big brother =D i hope all is going well; i emailed you awhile back and never heard anything i just figured you were busy. (i only mention this because my email is acting up; i hope that it made its way to you!) congrats again and we hope that everything is going well!!
